In addition to our Subdivision design, approval and creation services described elsewhere in this Website, our Gran Country, LLC professionals and affiliates offer planning and design services to Developers of Residential Subdivisions and to Homeowners desiring to form, modify or disband a Homeowners Association (“HOA”) and the Deed Restrictions or Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (“CCRs” or “Protective Covenants”) encumbering and governing the use of the property.
We are also available to manage Homeowner Associations or serve as the third-party enforcer of the CCRs in conjunction with a qualified attorney, as required. Click Here for Details
